Thanks to our experienced staff, we try to determine exactly what the problem is as quickly as possible in consultation with you. An action plan is then agreed upon with you immediately.
Stock and short delivery times
Most parts are in stock at YES warehouses. This enables us to respond very quickly. In rare cases, parts need to be ordered, but even then we are able to deliver within 24 hours in almost all cases.
Solve immediately
Our technicians are always well prepared, equipped with the right tools and clear instructions before they set off. Once on board, the technician gets straight to work. We are proud that we are able to resolve 80% of all repairs on the first visit.
If things go wrong after all
At YES, we don’t only have success stories. Despite the guaranteed quality of our products and various tests, things sometimes go wrong. If this happens, we are very disappointed. In such cases, you can expect us to take decisive action. We will immediately send another technician to resolve the problem. Satisfying the customer despite problems gives us great satisfaction.
